What if my current site has SSL or security warnings?
That is a common rebuild reason. We fix the certificate and hosting problems that trigger those warnings, so customers can reach your site safely.
What about brokerage-required footer language and disclosures?
We preserve your brokerage's required footer language, license numbers, and disclosures during the rebuild. Every later edit is checked by Surmado Code Review before it goes live, so a routine update can never silently drop a required disclosure.
What does it cost?
The rebuild preview is free. Pro is $99/month billed annually, or $150 month to month, after you approve it, including hosting, technical upkeep, human support, and one additional language. Pro+ adds a custom chatbot, up to five additional languages, weekly blog posts, and more research Jobs. Custom packages can add a voice receptionist and more.
